CranSEDS R1 Launch!!!

It was 9:00h and the rocket had never been completely assembled, the avionics and the flight computer had never been completely tested, the pirotechnic igniters had never seen before, the launch pad was much shorter than expected, the firing system was not tested and the weather was not seems to help too much. 

What happened?

Ah!, one more thing, the launch window was around 13:00h. But we were completely sure that everything would be fine, cause we trust in our plan, in our design, in the work done, and the support and help of all the Big Range organization and participants. 

Thanks to that at 13:00h we were "ready" in the launch site, waiting for a break in the snowy weather, a gap between the clouds. 

After a waiting a bit, finally the rocket was there, a 2.5 meters rocket in a less than 2 m launch pad. 

And the countdown started....

5....4....3....2....1........................

Then... just disappeared behind  the clouds...
